Kensho is a data analytics and machine learning company that deploys its systems across government, financial, and commercial institutions. Hiring extraordinary talent is key to its success.

We began working with the company early on, moving Kensho out of incubator space provided by its venture capital investor, and into a small office in Cambridge. Through that process, we worked closely with the CTO and the CFO/HR leader, and developed an understanding of what Kensho wanted from its real estate.

As it quickly grew, Kensho required national expansion in locations with a high concentration of technology talent and financial services expertise. These offices needed branded addresses to enhance employee recruitment, promote client access, and accommodate rapid growth and change.

Over the course of 40 months, we took the company from incubator space to 26,000 feet the heart of Harvard Square, 8,000 feet in the iconic Freedom Tower in New York City, and an engineering space in San Francisco in SoMa across from the Cal Train. Because of our close communication with the internal team, we could move opportunistically and quickly, locking down expansion space in some of the tightest submarkets in the country.
